Our Executive Mentorship for Black Students
The B.E.S.T. is our program to provide executive mentorship for black students who aspire to achieve greater
things once they are done with their higher education.
To help our HBCU students reach their goals, we use our Black Executive and Student Training to place
successful black businessmen and businesswomen in front of them.
Whether through one-on-one executive mentorship for black students or through one of our other programs,
we can help our young and growing HBCU students get to where they want to be.
With our executive mentorship for black students, we can support and empower those who will eventually become
Black leaders of the future.
To learn more about what we can do with our executive mentorship for black students, take a look at our
programs below.
The Power of Knowledge
Creating future black leaders through our programs takes considerable time and effort, but all are worth
giving in the pursuit of success and happiness.
For our executive mentorship for black students initiative, we have several programs built upon an effective
mentoring model.
Each program will help black executives share whatever insights, experiences, and industry trade secrets they
have with HBCU students in our executive mentorship for black students.
If you, a student or an executive, are to take part in our B.E.S.T. initiative, you will be involved in
Classroom Conversations,
partake in Town Hall Talks, or enjoy a personal touch in a Mentoring Program.
Now, if you want to take part in the executive mentorship for black students and the B.E.S.T.
but you are not an HBCU student or a black executive, there is still a way you can get involved.
Being A Helping Hand
We want all students of color from known HBCU institutions, be it a public school or a private one.
But as big of an executive mentorship for black students program we are, we cannot do it without the help of
our sponsors and financial partners.
If you want to help us and all the HBCU students we are mentoring, you can do so by being part of a two-year
financial commitment, or longer.
You can assist us as individual volunteers or as a foundation; be our partners. Whatever help you can give us
at the B.E.S.T., we would gladly accept it!
