Securing the Future
Finding success can be one of the most difficult, if not elusive, things we hope to find and achieve. And for many people, most especially students, they will need whatever help they can get. Thus, with our Black Executive Student Training initiative, we seek to secure the future with an executive mentorship for HBCU students. By placing successful Black executives in front of students of every kind of HBCU school, from high school to college, we can help those students navigate their way through the difficulties of education and the workplace. Through our executive mentorship for HBCU students, you, the prominent business person, can share your experiences, insights, and life lessons with today’s youths. And we hope, through this executive mentorship for HBCU students, we can secure their future as future Black leaders and world movers. If you would like to take part in our program as a mentor, then please contact us right away!
Executive Mentorship for HBCU Students
There are several ways you can take part in our B.E.S.T. executive mentorship for HBCU students. The first is to have 60-minute Classroom Conversations with the students, touching on particular subjects that can help them find future success. The second is to take part in Town Hall Talks, where you can share ideas and talk about current events with HBCU students. The third is a one-on-one Mentoring Program where you can really share what you know and expose your student to the demands and expectations of their future field. Through this executive mentorship for HBCU students, you can have a hand in the students’ growth and maturity. If you cannot be part of our executive mentorship for HBCU students, but you really want to contribute, you can still get involved by creating newsletters, hosting events, or be a guest on webinars. You are not limited on choices.
What Do You Get in Return?
Being part of our executive mentorship for HBCU students gives you the chance to take part in change. With your knowledge, you can change or solidify the paths of many students of color and help them get to where they want to be. Also, by interacting closely with the students in our executive mentorship for HBCU students, you can see firsthand how they operate under pressure, what skills they need developing, and so on.
