A Black Mentorship Program
The Black Executive and Student Training program, or B.E.S.T. for short, is a project that puts HBCU students and Black executives together to help forge a path that leads to successful careers after going through higher education. We are essentially a black mentorship program made to empower, support, and encourage the success of our future Black leaders. Becoming a part of this amazing and impactful black mentorship program can be simply easy. You can be a part of B.E.S.T. as a Black executive mentor, an HBCU student, or as an individual or group that wants to partner up with us. If you would like to be a part of B.E.S.T., our great black mentorship program, then contact us right away!
The Core Programs
The B.E.S.T. has several core programs that we have put together so we can provide a black mentorship program that is, overall, efficient and effective. Each one of our programs involves putting a Black executive before an HBCU student, whether in a classroom or a one-on-one session. Either way, the Black executive will act as a mentor for a student, giving the latter a direct source of information, taking the form of knowledge, insights, and life experience. Not only does this black mentorship program offer established business people a chance to share what they’ve learned, but it also offers them an opportunity to create a recruitment pipeline. Those who become mentors for the B.E.S.T. program can be part of 60-minute Class Conversations, meaningful Town Hall Talks, an incredible one-on-one Mentoring Program, and others more. If you would like to be part of our black mentorship program, then join us right now!
Be A Part of Change
We want the B.E.S.T. Program to reach all students of color in every HBCU institution around the country, be it public or private. Since we are a sponsor-driven black mentorship program, our partners sponsor us through a two-year financial commitment. We also happily solicit sponsorship from willing foundations and individuals wherever we find them. If you are interested in supporting us as a mentor or financial backer, we would be more than happy to discuss details with you! Be a part of our black mentorship program; be a park of change!
