A Mentorship Program For HBCU Students
The Black Executive and Student Training is a mentorship program for HBCU students.
Also known as B.E.S.T. for short, it involves pairing up HBCU students with successful Black executives as a way to provide guidance so those mentored
students can understand how to go from higher education to their desired career path.
As a mentorship program for HBCU students, we aim to empower, support, and ensure that our future Black leaders will be successful in everything.
If you would like to be part of our mentorship program for HBCU students, you can join as a potential mentor or a student.
Alternatively, you can support the program as a sponsor. Be part of the B.E.S.T. in any way you want!
B.E.S.T. Program
For the future Black leaders in our mentorship program for HBCU students, we have built an effective mentoring model with our core programs.
For every program, we place a Black executive with an HBCU student so the executives can share what they have learned before and after achieving success in their careers.
They can give insights, share experience, and even impart industry knowledge.
When you become part of our mentorship program for HBCU students, you can take part in Classroom Conversations, join Town Hall Talks, or start a Mentoring Program.
We also have Additional Programming and Support.

We want the B.E.S.T. to include all students of color in every HBCU school, both public and private, all over the country.
